Muse Development was founded in 2015 by the family team of Arman Muse and Stephen Muse FAIA. It’s mission is to save and respectfully renovate houses that could be subject to speculative demolition. Initial projects have been located on Rosemary Street and Woodbine Street in Chevy Chase, MD.
Arman received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Science in Engineering from Kettering University. Following employment with the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, he returned to Washington D.C. to begin his development career.
Stephen received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Maryland and a Master of Architecture from Cornell University. In addition to his involvement with Muse Development, Stephen is the Senior Principal of Muse Architects, a firm that has received more than one hundred and sixty design awards, primarily for its residential work.
