Ms. Picard has over 15 years experience in the conceptualization, design, finance and management of large scale real estate development projects; primarily unique and complicated assignments in major metropolitan areas. She has directed and developed over $800 million dollars in projects. Prior to founding MUSE Development, Ms. Picard was the vice president of Real Estate and Development for Canyon Ranch Health Resorts, where she led the strategic visioning for the resorts expansion into lifestyle real estate.

Before joining Canyon Ranch, she directed the development of several large scale mixed use projects in downtown Seattle, envisioning the strategies, securing the site acquistion, managing the development, securing financing and in some cases completing the disposition of several large office projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Ms. Picard has a unique background based in urban design and investment finance with the ability to solve complicated problems with timely market solutions. She has an ability to access both right and left brain creativity with whimsy. Ms. Picard recieved two masters degrees from M.I.T; one in Real Estate Development & Finance and the second in City Planning.

She lives and plays in Seattle.

Jessica is a Seattle native and a graduate of Seattle University studying Finance.  Jessica has worked in sales and marketing for media and broadcasting, and has been an assistant to a high profile recording artist.  She has a tenacious spirit to execute projects in a thoughtful and timely manner.  Her education in finance and project experience in marketing has her working both sides of her cranium. She is passionate about sustainable development strategies and jogging for fun keeps her ideas running.
